Satan is referred to as the Father of all lies by Jesus,in fact in the book of revelations He`s called the one who deceived the whole world the great dragon,that old serpent called the devil and satan.In truth the first lie satan ever conceived was against himself,when as Lucifer He thought in his own heart that He could ascend into heaven and exalt his throne above the Throne of God(Yahweh).
" I will ascend above the heights of the clouds;I will be like the Most High"{Is 14:14} .
The book of Ezekiel[28]tells us that Lucifer was created full of wisdom and beauty.
Ez 28:13-17
Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God;every precious stone was thy covering,the sadius,the topaz,the diamond,the beryl,the onyx,the jasper,the saphire,the emerald,the carbuncle and gold;the workmanship of of thy tablets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee the day thou was created.
Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth:and I have set thee so:thou wast upon the Holy mountain of God;thou hast walked up and down in the midst of stone of fires.
Thou was perfect in thy ways from the day thou wast created,until iniquity was found in thee.
Thine heart was lifted up because of thine beauty;thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness:I will cast thee to the ground.
Not only was Lucifer created a powerful archangel full of wisdom and immense beauty,he had a high rank in the heavenly hierachy.Despite all this,greed and envy developed within his heart to the extent that He thought He could usurp God`s authority.His self lie resulted in him being banished from heaven.
And the serpent said unto the woman,'ye shall not surely die'Gen3:4.
This is the first deception satan passed on to Man.Using the knowledge of good and evil as a carrot stick satan was able to deceive man and get him to disobey God.The course of human history was forever changed.
God through numerous prophets tried to redeem man but we find satan continuosly instituted pantheistic religions with endless false prophets to further confuse him.And when God promised mankind a messiah,satan created a myriad of false messiahs similar in titles and themes to the true messiah,jesus is thus presented as just another teacher another 'messiah' when nothing could be farther from the truth.
Jesus said "I am the way,the truth and the life;no man cometh unto the Father but by me".Jn 14:6
Satan understands God`s plan to redeem mankind more than mankind.
A vital deception to note was the fusion of christian teachings with pagan beliefs.This was mostly accomplished by the Roman Catholic Catholic during it`s early formative centuries.SUNday worship is probably the best example of this.
In recent centuries and on to the modern age,perhaps the biggest lie satan came up with is convincing majority of mankind of his non-existence.The idea that the devil is nothing but a myth based on some outdated belief system has been perpetuated continuosly since the dawn of the so-called age of enlightment.How can one fight an enemy they don`t even know exists?The devil(the powerful archangel) is greatly underestimated.
In more recent times the teachings of the new age have continued to permeate mankind with increasing intensity.Through eastern pagan belief system and various secret societies and organisations,nature worship and various ancient pantheistic beliefs are repackaged and taught in this modern times as 'New' age.Old lies recycled.Some even claim satan(as lucifer) was mis-judged by God that he sacrificed his heavenly abode to bring knowledge to man,they view him as a hero,this has led to a rise in satanism and literal devil worship allover the world.It is not a secret that the highest echelons of power in this world are deeply involved in satanism.The bible says the devil is the god of this world,this is self-evident when he tempted Jesus with all the kingdoms of this world.
In Ephesians 6:12 we are reminded

When Jay-z released his 'On to the next one'music video,he not only confirmed all the speculation of his satanic illuminati affiliations but proved that he`s consciously aware of the impact the dark imagery in the video has on it`s audience.Even the average person with no insight on occult symbolism can attest to the fact that the music video has a very sinister and dark overtone.The most damaging imagery in the video is perhaps the Ram/Baphomet imagery,the human skulls and the bullets beside the cross.There is no measuring the damaging impact this satanic imagery generates in the subconscious of espescially the young audience mostly targeted in music videos.Despite Jay-z dismissing the rumours of his satanic affiliations as ridiculous ,there`s no doubt what message his videos communicate.Is it a coincidence that Forbes recently ranked Jay-z and Beyonce as the highest moneymakers in Hollywood?The youtube video below attempts to explain the imagery with some good points.
